MEET LARRY
Larry Rolling is a proud resident of the historic City of Covington where he operated a successful business (LA Logos and Promos) for 18 years in the heart of downtown Covington. He is proud to represent the entire City of Covington as your Councilman-at-Large, where he has forged relationships with both his constituents and local, parish, and state government entities. Now he is looking to serve the residents of District 2 and all of St. Tammany.
Larry’s greatest loves are his two adult daughters and two granddaughters.
A close second is his love of the New Orleans Saints. He has been a season ticket holder for 45 years and is known as the “Saints Sign Man”.
Community Leader
Larry also gives freely of his time to a variety of local organizations. He currently serves as Carnival in Covington Mardi Gras Parade President, and Kelly Kicking Cancer Board Member and Gala Chairman.
As a former small business owner in the City of Covington for 18 years, Larry saw the need to make a difference in the business community. He is a graduate of Leadership St. Tammany, a program focused on developing community leaders and he has served on the alumni board twice, 2005-2007 and again 2014-2017. He is also a former board member of COAST [Council on Aging St. Tammany] and James Samaritan.
He is also an active member of the Covington Business Association (CBA) and Northshore Business Exchange Networking Group.

Larry’s love of football doesn’t stop with the Saints. He is also a high school football official with The Hammond Area Football Officials Assoc.
Rolling has served on many committees during his council tenure, including Chairman of the Economic Development Committee, Public Works/Public Safety Committee, Finance Committee, and Advisory Board Member of the St. Tammany Parish Community Action Agency. And, in 2012, Rolling created the Covington Business Workshop series that focused on bringing and keeping businesses in the city.
